Did they work? Yes, I have a bra that has adjustable straps, that are the size of these extensions. I have a shoulder that gets easily aggravated and the straps are almost always the culprit. I needed a little extra length to stop the pressure on my shoulder. So, yes, they did meet that expectation. However, I found that the hooks, even though they make the strap much looser, are scraping my skin, and that is defeating the purpose, for me. Honestly, they might do it for you and your purpose. I didn't spend a lot of money to scream " buyers remorse, don't waste your money!" The quality seems sound. They look like the back of a brand new bra type of material. It's after you wash it and try it on, is when the real test begins. I can't give you that kind of review.
