I know Fenders tend to get a bad rep for their acoustic guitars but this one is really something else! A smaller frame, that's very light and easy to play. At first I thought I would need a bit of time to get used to the smaller size, fret-spacing etc (since my previous guitars have been pretty large dreadnoughts), but a few strums later and I really felt at home with it. I started learning many years ago and then neglected playing for a long time so this really got me back into it. I just find myself picking it up and strumming away. I didn't need to change the strings or adjust anything out of the box. It's a very soothing sound from the mahogany body and it carries well. You can even also play it quietly if you don't want to bother those around you and it still sounds lovely and clear. Great for travel, something to practise on or at the very least just a beautiful ornament.The only thing that is a bit rubbish is that the gig bag it comes with is basically a dust protector. It's completely soft (cloth) and will not protect the guitar from bumps and knocks etc, but for me I always leave the guitar at home so I'm fine for now

Has an okay sound for fingerpicking songs but a weird sound for strumming.The only way I can explain the sound is as if the top three strings and the bottom three aren’t from the same pack - the top three sound too deep while the bottom strings sound too sharp and it leads to a sort of disjointed odd slightly off sound. They’re not cohesive together, not properly harmonic in my opinion.Perhaps it needs restrung with better strings, or maybe it’s just the guitar itself having a smaller body but something is off.I’d say if you’re a woman and have small hands (or are looking for a guitar for a child or small teen), this is a good size, it’s very light, the neck is narrow and it’s easy to hold.One thing not happy with is the pickguard is already falling off just one day into owning it (it half came off when I peeled the protective film from it). Piece of cheap bendy acrylic with sticky backing - I’d expect something a bit better from Fender to be honest.It’ll do for practice but honestly I expected way better.

Poor quality. Pick guard/board was detached. Looks like it was stuck on with hopes and dreams.Very poor quality from a well known brand. Did not expect this.
